      Good products and some really good people, but bad management is killing the company

      Pros

      Very challenging - "sink or swim" - fast paced and high energy environment. Some very knowledgeable and capable people that you can learn from. Very dynamic and fluid atmosphere, with full compliment of productivity tools. New CEO seems to know what he is talking about and has a good strategy moving forward.

      Cons

      No work-life balance Cronyism abounds at high levels, which completely undermine the talent. Change is the name of the game Poor communication and coordination throughout the organization It may be too late to save the company from its downward spiral

      exposure to tons of challenges opportunity to expand your knowledge on lots of different subject mater good place to practice politics

      Cons

      overly complex business model management does not share the full story for the success and health of the company work is more important than any other aspect (family, etc.)
