      Pros

      The company is nimble to change, financially savvy and does not take unnecessary risk. People are friendly and helpful. The company is also growing internationally and opens up many professional opportunities.

      Cons

      The nature of the international solar business makes some employees work as satellites and there is not much human interaction besides remote meetings and phone. Must be willing to learn on your own since there is not much mentoring as well.

      Pros

      Comp and ben are above average as is bonus/stock plan. Most teams have top talent creating a challenging and rewarding work environment.

      Cons

      Lots of re-organization and management changes during my time. Always left a bit of uncertainty about the future of various teams. Easy to burn out if not careful.
