Pros

Challenging and fun technology development. Good WLB. Friendly environment.

Cons

The company is not proactive enough in helping international talents to get VISA. The PTO, pay, and benefits are rather weak compared to other companies.

Pros

It doesn't take long after starting work here that you realize you are part of a family. One that has diversity of experience and knowledge base. You are among teams that work well together and want to see the company excel. It's exciting to be a part of the success. It's a place you can explore for your personal career and will be supported in doing so. If you have a high level of personal motivation, it will serve you well here, and you'll find the support you need to be your best.

Cons

Unfortunately, the entire EPC division was dissolved. Lots of good folks were let go, and as we all know, that is how business goes sometimes. Since production is outside of the US, many US jobs were lost and closed never to be created again. On a totally different note, there was a WFH program however few managers embraced it. It was a company culture thing that they weren't ready for it at that time.
