- good schedule - growth opportunities (eventually) - easy work - very good insurance

Cons

- repetitive work - management is unprofessional - favoritism - they make it very difficult to move up but if your persistent you'll get there eventually - HR does not help with any issues, they are very kind but you never get any follow ups
