      I’ve enjoyed my job

      Pros

      This has been my first job out of college, and I’ve really liked the people that I’ve worked with. I’m able to work remotely or go into the office if I feel like it, and the flexibility is so nice. My teammates have also been very supportive and friendly.

      Cons

      Given the political landscape of everything in the renewables industry right now, there is a lot of uncertainty across the company. Some people have started leaving the company to pursue other things.

      A Good Fit

      Pros

      This was my first job out of college and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I was treated with respect despite my age and lack of experience.

      Cons

      Depending on your role, they definitely throw you right into the action once you are hired. You learn as you go, and that is not the right fit for everyone.
