      New facility, cafeteria on site

      Cons

      Incompetence all over with management. Nepotism runs wild here. Zero training, no SOP and all the heads of management are clueless and unqualified to do there job.

      Pros

      Work life balance, nice shift pattern, acceptable medical benefits, good working environment, suitable to near retire age people to join.

      Cons

      Companies cut a lot of benefit like RSU, SPP, phone allowance, low increment, less bonuses and other benefits. Many politic games inside this company.
