      Easy day to day tasks, small team, not too much of micromanaging

      Cons

      toxic work culture, too much gossip, the employees you help can be agressive, management can be nice-nasty and racist. It's an easy job, but the pay isnt worth the stress.

      Flexibility , people with interesting stories, easy work

      Cons

      This company is all about money. All the benefits and programs they say they give to the applicants of a certain group, they don’t care for them. All they care about is the job placements so they can continue getting grants and writing off on them. There is no work like balance. Understaffed and everyone doesn’t work together from different departments. Very disorganized money hungry company
