The CDL training cost if you choose to leave before 12 months is 2,750.56. The CDL that you will receive is garbage. The training is garbage. The hours are garbage. The pay is again garbage.

I started and ended my training with First Student almost two months ago. I was told along with about 5 others that we would be paid for our training as of today 09/05/2015 that has yet to occur. I have gotten my first pay check from them only to find out that instead of the agreed upon amount I was given $5.00 less. When I asked about it with my manager I just go I will see what we can do. On the training issue he said that he did not know how he can pay me for time in July when I was not an employee until the 5th of Aug. And they had a huge sign saying sign on bonus that is a joke because they have not even given those out either. The management team does not know what is going on and the lack of communication is very viable.
