      Pros

      I like working with kids. can take your kids to work with you

      Cons

      they send you out in unsafe buses and when you tell them, they say drive it anyway. they have sent bus drivers out in buses with no brakes, they just give it to another bus driver and say it is fine

      Pros

      The hours work well for attending college, plenty of time inbetween routes to attend classes and do homework. And on charters they basically pay you to sit and do homework. Fellow drivers are friendly and helpful. Always ready to joke and laugh with you, and also willing to help you work through issues on your bus. Management is very approachable, willing to listen, and actually cares about their employees.

      Cons

      Because it's part-time work getting enough hours to really support yourself or a family is difficult. Early morning hours. Working from 6:30-9:00am and then from 2:30-5:00pm is a bit of a weird schedule.

      Pros

      Paid higher than other local bus companies. Loved being able to do what I wanted in the middle of the day. Ability to bid on bus charters and other school trips for additional income.

      Cons

      A lot of the buses were in bad shape. Some always broke down. Mine was newer, so no major issues with it. Looks like they have recently been getting new buses.
