      Good place to work if you have are okay needing a second job

      Pros

      Family friendly company Coworkers for the most part are great to work with. Dispatchers are friendly

      Cons

      Not enough in the budget to fix buses properly. Some days can be really hectic when they let to many people have the day off. Not enough pay to balance out all the days we don't work. Make sure you have a second job.

      Pros

      Children and parents appreciate a reliable and safe driver. I get cards and gifts for doing a good job.

      Cons

      Pay is not commensurate with responsibility for precious cargo. Hours and 5 am wake-up call sucks. No compensation for cleaning, paper work or other incidentals without red tape. No benefits except a $15 Christmas card. It's a trap job.
