Working as a school bus driver comes with its own set of challenges, particularly during extreme weather conditions. While the company does its best to support drivers during these times, it can still be stressful and demanding.

Cons

While the pay is fair, it could be more competitive, especially considering the level of responsibility involved in transporting students safely. Additionally, the benefits package, although decent, could be improved to provide better healthcare options and retirement plans.
