Cons

Company doesn't listen to employees concerns, only cares about their bottom line and managers bonus, the only plus is they are safety concious.

Pros

It had Good pay, and was pretty easy work. It also enabled me to get my cdl which was a nice perk.

Cons

Not much support from the management. It is a lot of Early morning hours which I am not a fan of. You have to have flexibility for the kind of hours you work.
