Yard ran like a semi-prison with multiple unkind managers that could care less it seems, how they deal with people. There is low moral on many levels, management focus is on punishment rather than voicing nice job from time to time. From management, very little positive recognition toward a large percentage of drivers . Favoritism from management galore, unprofessional treatment among co-workers (really a reflection of the leadership). Seems most of management feels it necessary to show lack of interest or even slight kindness to most.

Manager is a racist, sexual harasser who plays favorites and always has double standards. The pay sucks for the responsibilities we have. Not enough drivers for the amount of students. The mechanics treat us like we're idiots. Not enough supplies available to do our job, like anti-freeze, squeegees, paper towels, brooms, extension cords. Have a monitor, that must be doing the manager because of what she gets away with. The base coordinator is a witch.
