- Management does a poor job at managing, probably because they are over worked and trying to do too many jobs. - Extreme micro management. Spoon feed permission and instructions to employees. Don't expect any degree of independence to perform your own job. Be expect to b treated like an incompetent. - Rate is $25 an hour for drivers, $5 less than you will find at public sector roles doing the same thing.
