It was an experience

Pros

I got some experience out of it. And I learned a lot.

Cons

However, I learned how to deal with bad managers, and how to deal with demands and deadlines that were pretty impossible to complete, and then scolded for it. Benefits, not that great. High turn over.

Pros

A great HR manager that always responds to your inquiries.

Cons

The owners Pam and Steve do not have enough help to handle their business. They overwork and underpay their employees. They do not have technology that provides accurate fees to their clients. They truly do not care about their employees and it's heard in all of their voices when they answer the phone and/or send an email. The health benefits are terrible and you can find less expensive coverage for better insurance rates.

A company that lets you grow with them

Pros

This is one of the few companies I have seen that promotes career development and growth. Instead of hiring in to a position where there is no room to move up, they promote from within and are growing at a pace where new opportunities are created regularly. Our opinions are respected by management and it is just as easy to have a conversation with the president or COO as it is to talk to the person sitting next to you. Teamwork is encouraged and I feel like I really make a difference here. It is nice to be part of the homeownership dream for people!

Cons

The industry is high stress and can be demanding during peak seasons. You have to have a thick skin to deal with some of the lenders and real estate agents. There are some challenges with the company offices being in different states.
