      Pros

      I started off in an entry level position and was moved into this position after a few short months. I really like that they hire from within and that it's not impossible to climb the ladder like some other companies. The work was diverse and interesting and the office culture was fun, supportive, and patient. I left because I moved to another state, but if I moved back, I would work here again in a heartbeat!

      Cons

      Due to the ability to move up so easily, sometime it was difficult to form a relationship with someone, but, wasn't a big issue.

      A very diverse work space with talented and skilled individuals.

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility or chance for growth within the company. A very huge lack of respect, teamwork, trust, accountability, and responsibility.

      I am sorry to hear that this was not a good experience with the company. We do value all of our employees’ opinions. At First Title, it has always been our philosophy to move our employees forward, providing continuing education and the tools necessary to be successful. We have been in business now for almost 20 years, and over half of our employees have been with us over five years. We provide a stable work environment. We encourage communication with our employees. This is the only person that has left the IT department in several years. Unfortunately, this person worked for a short period and left with no appropriate, professional, notice. At First Title, we value our employees and the work that they do.
