Pros
Good money over 100 per day typically, off around 3 pm everyday, customers are easy,tables turn fast, team oriented atmosphere. Not very much side work or opening work. Corporate so the company is very structured for training and how you greet a table and how you write checks.
Cons
You will probably work almost every Saturday and Sunday, so don't expect to have weekends off. When you first start some of the girls are rude and not friendly. There are not any heat lamps so you have to drop everything you're doing to run food. On a Sunday when it is slammed and you're the only one running food, it gets extremely frustrating. And instead of management stepping in and telling slackers to pick it up and be a team player, they don't say anything and that's when the girls get confrontational with each other. You might have to buss your own tables when it's busy or at the end of the day when the busier decides to cut himself off the floor. Openers get there at 6:30 am. Also you ring your checks into the computer just to print the receipt. You have a hand written check you turn in to the kitchen window which they are very specific with how you write them.
