Pros
The people I worked with (for the most part) were pretty cool. My managers were relatively flexible with my schedule and I was usually able to get days off that I needed, provided that I gave them sufficient advance notice.
Cons
The management left a lot to be desired. I hope that this was something that was unique to our store franchise, but the turnover rate was unbelievable. In a year and a half of employment by the company, I worked under seven different managers. Working in Kentucky, you make minimum wage ($7.25) during a host shift and $2.13 base salary as a server. Tips are inconsistent, and management played favorites so when they delegated server sections, their favorites got the best tables and therefore made the best tips.
