Pros

Location right by the trains. Free La Croix and Goldfish crackers

Cons

Job postings say Bonus Potential. I guess this is technically true but don't expect anything near what they tell you the target for your role is during your interview. Also raises don't really exist so be sure you negotiate your starting salary really well because other than a COLA adjustment its not going to change no mater how hard you work.

FWTB where the inept survive and get promoted

Pros

Learned about what a toxic environment with bad leadership from a completely out of touch CEO and an unqualified CFO looks like.

Cons

The only way to describe FW is to say that the inmates are running the asylum. It is everything mentioned in other comments on this forum and more. I can validate after more than a year, that every single horrible thing stated about this company is true. It comes from the top and the top of the house includes out of touch executives who poison the well with unethical behavior, gossip, and a disregard for those that work hard by shuffling the real issues under the rug. They are financially a house of cards waiting for a slight breeze to topple the whole house. Good people leave and poor performers stay because they are laughed about behind the closed door of the CEO and CFO but left in positions of significance which is a recipe for failure. The CFO has no people or banking skills but largely has been left to run the day to day.....and not well I might add. There are a few bright spots in the organization departments by people who really do care however they are burnt out and over worked due to poor staffing and less than adequate pay and benefits for the people they are trying to recruit into jobs. I am sure reading these very true representations of the culture super high turnover which has a massaged number for the CEO's Monday spin job and their overstated financial position keep the most talented from going to work there. I want to add that I was a top performer and not fired. This is not the rant of some former employee who was fired....it is the rant of a financial services professional with years of experience who walked away completely disillusioned that a company could be run so poorly.

Pros

Some snacks are giving at this company, and coffee and drinks, but soon it will be all gone. They are cutting all expenses and soon this one will be too hard to keep as well...

Cons

Processes are not clear or logical. Company’s values are neither kept or followed. Discrimination, favoritism, and are the norm in this company. Employee abuses are done in daily basis at this company. Micromanaging some employees while giving full range of misused of company’s resources to others. Poor management mentality and mediocrely executed. Training was painful, confusing and not professional.
