This is restricted to the photo studio at the Pune HQ and the team there. I have no idea about other departments and have heard mostly good reviews from other departments but my experience was quite bad, I started underestimating my own abilities because sometimes you're treated like labour working on a construction site. No professionalism whatsoever, they try to create a very family like atmosphere within a team where senior (age wise not position wise) members are supposed to be treated with respect just because they are older. Young people are treated like kids by these people, god forbid if you're a girl with a serious attitude towards work you will be labelled as someone who is rigid, not friendly and has anger issues as if the job role involves joking around and laughing at things you don't even understand. Let's not even begin to cover the mild sexual harassment that goes on, you will be given a nickname, married senior people in your team may touch you while working and you know the consequences of usually voicing out issues like these is the management turning against the one who complains. They even terminated someone telling them they have created a very college like environment in the office which was just friendly behaviour. The real college like environment is created by the seniors, you will be liked more if you are passing your time just like sitting in boring lectures, a hierarchy of fear is very very prominent. Oh and groupism like actual back to school groupism .The helping staff is disrespected quite a lot, despite them being actually better at their work.
