no appraisals, cost cutter,no good, it is unstable... same development change again and again. 20 per is max apraisals.. general apraisal is 2 per..please dont come here

have to face worst management. cose cutting in all things... eg - 1 light bulb between 2 desks..no notepad , pen. no transport facility

1) No process in team management or Work task. 2) No one care about your work. 3) Nothing much to learn. 4) Team & management polictics. 5) Always hanging job security even if you doing good job ( Any time they can start layoff). 6) Poor HR policies & Management skills.
