-immature and unprofessional leadership & management

-managers won't tell you what they need and scold you for getting it wrong. then has someone else complete your work behind your back without communicating their needs
-managers are crass, will ostracize and ignore you if you don't fit their standard
-gaslighting executives with favoritism
-no onboarding & no exit interview / process
-no diversity any regards (but organization services the marginalized community, little to no diverse leadership or employees).
-reactive and not proactive environment
-executive promised to restructure work environment for better manager/employee communication--laid off instead
-role dissolved due to "lack of work" but really to office politics
