The environment allows for so much learning and tools to do so. Brilliant people that work in the company. Experiences for any subject are plenty. Opportunities to deny management extra time requests.(deployments or over time) Fully Vaccinated company.
Cons
Advancement is extremely limited. Growth is discouraged. A few apples that are not sweet. Under paid. If not able to do all things asked, may see separation from company. Deployments can be very uncomfortable. Risk of burnout is high. Private company.
