5 days in the office. 3% increases no matter what your performance is. POLITICS IS KING. MAFIA LIKE MENTALITY. If you leave they make it seem you won’t get a job anywhere else. Storm pay is 1x aka straight time while most other people are getting 1.5 to 2x time. The contract analysts will make more than you as a PM/Engineer.
