      People, benefits, culture, remote, work life balance

      Cons

      Since the re-org things seem to be more inefficient and complicated. A lot of red tape. Lots of mistakes from people and you are responsible for clearing up.

      Benefits are good. The employees are friendly and are always willing to help if needed.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Lack of resources when starting out. Leadership doesn't understand what our job entails and create scenarios that makes life more difficult.
