      A lot of good folks work here

      If you do a great job in your middle management position, save the company money hand over fist, consistently meet SLAs, therefore happy clients while at the same time rewarding and recognizing your employees, meaning a MUCH better job than executive leadership up at the top, you are rewarded with being let go after 20+ years.

      Little to no work life balance. I was a contractor there for more than 10 years and an employee for about 12. If you get on the wrong side of someone, you're gone...I was down sized December 2012 . I was released after my last project saved the company more that a million a year in tax burden...I don't know, I did good work but was disliked by my director...glad I'm gone.
