Business Outlook
Pros
Freedom to grow in this company is limitless. Management uses common-sense when making business decisions. Management is flexible with the employees still pursuing degrees. Camaraderie is top-notch. The work environment is very healthy. Management identifies those with strengths and enables them to hone their craft.
Cons
The hours are constantly moving and the shift from Day to Night shift is constant. As a former military member I really do not have a problem with this, but it seems to be the biggest complaint.
