Pros

Great pay, good coworkers. Tony Alexander is no longer CEO. Hopefully Chuck Jones turns this company around.

Cons

I believed there are to many bosses (upper management), supervisors (foreman) are to young and have to little knowledge and people skills.

Pros

Pay check to pay the bills. Still have health care. Buildings have a roof, four walls and a floor.

Cons

Raises for majority of employees less than inflation (buying power is decreasing for most), reducing manpower but expecting more from employees, Work-Life Balance a negative (Generation resolved this issue by creating a new "unpaid overtime" time code - Clueless), Great place for a Live to Work person, delta in salaries between Senior/Executive Leadership and the others increasing yearly, no retiree health care, no pension plan, continued reduction in health care benefits, "Ready-Fire-Aim" Management Style by Nuclear/Generation Leadership, respect for employees appears to be declining, Performance Appraisals are really a Populatiry Contest and no longer linked to "incentive pay", promotions based on "buddy system," less than adequate communications between the different groups in the company, modivation for arriving each day is declining, careful providing truthful answer to question as one may be listed as "not a team player" or "disgruntled,"

Pros

Good pay, pressure is not overwhelming most of the time, good facilities, bigger city job in a small city, easy commute.

Cons

Older male dominated top level management; Many policies are not well thought out and hinder efficient operations; Still struggling and slow at adopting and employing new technologies; Management doesn't listen well, and is out of touch with the front line workings.
