Pros

The company generally has good people, good pay and good benefits. The company is for the most part genuinely concerned with safety.

Cons

While I truly believe the company has good intentions implementation is sometimes the problem. They tend to think there's only one way to do things.

Pros

Salaries are fair. Co workers are nice- mostly old ready to retire. Flexible work hours Dress code is business casual

Cons

Not progressive or forward thinking. Very little advancement opportunities unless you know someone or are part of the good old boys club Poor work environment. Staff reductions and no rehires. Just more workload for existing employees Older employees although nice , pretty disengaged- ready to leave. Lots of dead wood

Pros

Good salary upon initial hire, challenging work, job security, it pays the bills. Co-workers are great!

Cons

Many Managers are not engaged. Individual chosen for Supervision lack leadership and technical skills. Once hired inside the company, it is a good old boy network with what staff referred to as smokers and jokers. That is a major problem in improper decisions, promotions and raises. Producers and commitment are not recognized criteria and it results in most part in an unhappy work environment.
