Since COVID-19 struck, in-person team building and interaction has been in accord with CDC guidelines and therefore restrictive.

The we win together culture is a big plus. Our work hard play hard culture makes it fun!

Cons

Hard to keep pace with the companies growth. Here we grow again, hard to keep pace with the rate that we are hiring new employees and promoting talent (good problem to have)
