Pros
My experience with FirstKey thus far has been overall very positive. Nobody has ever been unkind to me. My opinions are valued and often called upon. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to innovate. I personally feel as though my management is invested in my professional development and respects my work.
Cons
The recurring thing I notice is that some individuals get away with making decisions that don’t follow protocol or they make those decisions without any Critique. I believe If a procedure is in place everyone should be held accountable to follow that. It’s not all encompassing of the company but rather repeat offenders.
