      Pros

      Leaders WANT to make you feel comfortable, included, and empowered to succeed. You can tell that everyone cares about you as a person. They provide great benefits and ways to give back to the community.

      Cons

      There is some disconnect between corporate and field-level teams. It is a fast-paced and high-expectation environment. Residents can be challenging to handle at times. Be prepared!

      Confused and unaware/ abusive management, zero work life balance, directors, regionals and VP’s who lack common sense and blatant disrespect of boundaries Etc.
