Pros

Choose work schedule, where you work, but that's it. They always want you to work but the pay is horrible.

Cons

Always "on call" so to speak. Owner talked down about CNAs to me personally. Didn't believe I was pregnant. Just overall disrespectful. His business is based on CNAs and to not have respect for what they do boggles the mind.

I have been in the healthcare industry for many years and have found that the foundation of this company is based on integrity. They have shown me over the last couple of years that with hard work and looking out for the best interests of potential franchisees and their healthcare providers has brought me the job satisfaction I've been looking for.

Cons

Being a company that only 5 years old, I am wearing more hats than what I'm used to.

Good company with strong ties to Ohio since HQ's located in Cincinnati. Owner owned and operated. Freedom to voice opinions.

Cons

Franchise business with district boundaries. Reputation can be dependent upon other franchises close by.
