Got to help keep alot of elders in their homes, made alot of great people and it was very rewarding

Cons

worked a lot of hours,filled in for caregivers that didn't show up for work. waas busy 24/7

Pros

First light if a fantastic company to work for. The staff if courteous and appreciative of their aides and the clients are very thankful for the work you provide.

Cons

The scheduling department, and various other persons in the administrative office, should communicate with one another better. While I understand that there are a lot of moving pieces going on behind the scenes, I would often get called by several people in the scheduling department to confirm the same appointment, or have two different schedulers assign me to conflicting appointments.

Pros

The management of Firstlight is very well structured. The two ladies at the office are very helpful and will help you get to work if you're car isn't working or something has happened. The clients I've worked with have been, for the most part, kind and very helpful in expressing their needs.

Cons

For me, it's a very far drive to the clients' homes.
