Pros

FirstRain is a fast growing company and one with a great culture. There are lots of exciting and challenging projects one after another to keep one highly engaged. Employees are working on high end latest technology and are getting strong exposure to solve some of the challenging software problems. Senior management is highly approachable with a very high degree of transparency. Among other positives are best in industry compensation, high degree of employee retention/longevity and a strong sense of bonding.

Cons

That would be tough to say...guess someone who is not ready for fast changes or high degree of commitment would find it difficult.
