Pros

I highly recommend FirstRain for many reasons. There is Great Management, Flexible and fun environment, great HR policies and it is a wonderful platform where an employee can prove himself also learn new things. Seniors are really helpful and they set great examples for new employees.

Pros

A fast-paced and fun, start-up atmosphere where people really have the opportunity to influence the direction of the product. Also, a very positive culture with lots of support.

Cons

Strong emphasis on the need for people with lots of energy who can deliver quickly. Not for people used to working at a slower or more deliberate pace.
