The culture here is the classic example of the 'good ol boys club, where sucking up will get you ahead.
Cons
This company lacks direction and is constantly guessing. They don't have any processes in place and your job is just a number here. I've seen good people let go every quarter with no reason, and newcomers typically don't stay past a year. There has been an insane amount of turnover ever since this company started. Management was misleading and clueless. Working here was a waste of time. For a technology company you can do much better elsewhere. Too much gossip, can't trust anybody No 401k match
