Pros

Some nice people but very high turnover

Cons

Upper management biased Unprofessional work environment, decisions made based on emotions rather than facts Management provides different direction every other day, they have no idea what they are doing Good work is not appreciated, nor rewarded, but car salesman approach is Too much micromanaging and talking behind closed doors

Pros

I highly recommend FirstRain for many reasons. There is Great Management, Flexible and fun environment, great HR policies and it is a wonderful platform where an employee can prove himself also learn new things. Seniors are really helpful and they set great examples for new employees.

Pros

FirstRain has a great product and outlook is constantly improving year over year. Happy and satisfied customers is the key to this success because this product seamlessly fit's into customers' workflow. Great company culture, very transparent and collaborative way of management. Work culture is awesome, they care for their people, reward for good work and guide each of them for success. Top management is capable of making it large, great CEO and leadership team is very supportive and committed to make it real success.

Cons

FirstRain is small but growing company, product outlook is changing year over year. So people have to adjust to fast moving and growing processes, projects and people.
