      Pros

      If this fit within your schedule, the job duties were very consistent. You didn't have to worry about working overtime or catching up with too much things

      Cons

      Since I worked in the night shifts, it can be very quiet but get a good book or watch a movie during your shifts and it's totally fine so long as you complete all your other tasks

      The company is a little slow to change. The benefits and PTO policies are not competitive in comparison to other companies.
