The team aspect works - leadership cares, lots of departments to help with various specific tasks and mandates. Pay is better than elsewhere, benefits are solid.

Cons

The occasional corporate mandate about some new process or document.

There are many many frequent changes coming from corporate that don’t consider the workers they effect.

Pros

Great support system, plenty of resources, excellent benefits, and opportunities to advance your career. They will also work with their underperforming employees and see how they can help them improve. They don't give up on you. It is up to you to put in the effort and succeed with them.

Cons

It is corporate, so if you don't like structure, this isn't the place for you. However, I thrive best with set expectations and have no complaints.
