Pros

Get to meet some cool people, able to problem solve on a daily basis, work on-site if placed in property management aspect.

Cons

Insurance was really high No support from the main office Constantly getting cursed out by tenants and vendors for things beyond your control All opportunities to attend workshops but not accomodating for those who work off/site Some of the workes can be standoffish and cold-hearted High turnover and low pay Condescending attitude of some of the vendors and staff members to make you feel less than your worth Not being able to use the mobile version to clock in/out for hours

Nice coworkers, Nice office space, good location, good office events, cool young laid back environment

Cons

They expect you to live at work, low pay, no training, high turnover, expensive benefits, they want you to get the job done at any cost
