-everything else -I was given the run around for months. I was told we would hire more people for our department, that i would get a raise and a promotion. None of it ever happened until I was out the door and we hired a new guy for me to train but even with my added duties my title didn't change and I was not given a raise. - When I received an offer from another job, I gave them the opportunity to match and the discrepancy between my new job and what they offered as a raise was legitimately insulting to all the work I had done for FirstService.

Health insurance, overwhelming amount of work without more pay, pay raises are bad it’s like a raise of 20 or 30 cents per year
