Management flaws

Pros

Residents are nice. Huge building with potential to make a good amount in tips. Decent pay and union benefits.

Cons

Terrible management no communication. Supervisors dont even know their own employees schedules. Bad schedules to work. Toxic work culture. Overworked and underpaid.
