      Pros

      Health benefits are amazing! Holiday pay and PTO is decent, especially for Miami, FL. Very established company so there is always work and job security. My particular supervisor was great!

      Cons

      Takes about a month to get paid, slow to process direct deposit info. If there's any issue, it is a hassle to reach someone at corporate that can actually help you.

      Great team dynamic, fast paced environment. A wonderful place to grow a career and be given exciting projects. Stable company, truly recession proof.

      Cons

      Growing quickly and trying to adjust. Over the recent years there's been a cultural shift but for the positive for most.
