Pros

Depends upon who your immediate supervisor is... With the right director, freedom to do your job. With the wrong director, micromanaged on an hourly basis.

Cons

There's not one person here that is not given more to do than to be humanly done at a quality level in a 50 hour work week.

A lot of employee turnover including HR which makes the department hard to reach most of the time.

-Size: All around the U.S. and Canada offering many job/ transfer opportunities -Good benefit plans depending on the Association -Lots of resources at corporate for site aid

Cons

-Lots of restructuring lately -Too many policies and procedures that don't always work for the best -Corporate CAS is not always very helpful
