Pros

Opportunity to advance very fast. Learn all the ins and outs or real estate.

Cons

Constant turnover, and very little to no support from certain team leaders. Property Managers are required to communicate with the Board on followups with the resale and sublease applications.

Great vacation and time off (however, the job doesn't allow you to be able to take the time off), good online training

Cons

Terrible managers and HR group. No support to employees and many threats from higher ups when they are asked for help.
