Pros

Steady employment without much interference from corporate office. My specific property was very good and the overall experience was extremely positive due to location and our team.

Cons

Little to no support from corporate office, little opportunity to develop outside of seeking advancement at specific location independent of corporate; expensive benefits

Pros

Working on site is good. Little to no contact with the main office. Good learning experience for property management. I have nothing else nice to say

Cons

Very low pay for the workload. No training. Available training is a joke. No room for growth. Lots of promises and very little is delivered. HR does not have your back. Lack of communication between main office and site offices.
