Decent benefits and co-workers are nice not in management

Cons

Terrible communication between home office and field. Poor management at CAM level, leads to trickle down effect. Bad morse in office and residents notice.

Dress down environment, people work hard. New shiny office with an open concept floor plan for better collaboration
