The hours, The learning, The ease of the job, The people that live where I work

I work overnight so sometimes things are said to my manager that is untrue. Wish besides cameras they had voice

Employees are wonderful but rarely see them

Cons

Not much support from management. Little room to grow/get promoted. Pay is not great. Hours are 9-5 plus being on call 24/7 (no overtime pay)
