Pros

good pay but all the cons outweigh the pay. The financial department is the worst place to work. PERIOD.

Cons

there is many cons to this work place, no training in any department, there is no communication between coworkers, everyone is lost all the time, lack of employees, and insensitive management that does not care to fire hard working employees of 10+ years in one day.

Pros

Very good company to maintain secure hours, and good enough benefits.

Cons

Favoritism and bad leadership occurs, but I will assume its all about the building and co workers you work at and work with.
